Shipping
All spares and complete kits are shipped normal post unless  requested otherwise by buyer. For the Complete Kits it's R80 shipping and for any amount of spares it's R30 shipping - Anywhere in South Africa.

Warranty
All models are tested by us before being shipped. We guarantee that everything will be received in working order, but cannot guarantee any parts due to crashes, wear and tear, etc.

Flying the Heli
The heli is very stable and flies very well in capable hands. Have patients when still learning to fly, it will seem unstable at first until you get the hang of it - Practice makes Perfect. Making sure the heli is properly balanced makes a huge difference in stability. Flying close to the ground (less that a meter) will affect stability due to ground affect caused by wind from the main rotors.

Because we are selling our products for these incredible prices, we cannot afford to run this as a full time business. We run it to get more people involved in the hobby - Affordably! So, unfortunately we still have day jobs and can't always take phone calls. Please feel free to E-Mail us .

All you need to do is to email us with the product you want and the code. We will then send you a confirmation email with our banking details. We will only ship the order out once we have received the payment. Some products can take up 2-6 weeks before we can ship it out due to the fact that we order from overseas  so that we can keep our prices as low as possible.
Shipping is not included in our price but we will also try too keep it as low as possible. All prices are linked to the exchange rate so please email us for the latest prices.

TERMS & CONDITIONS/RETURNS OR EXCHANGES  
1. All sales are final.
2. There are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is completely defective. (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable)
3. Defective item must be returned no later than 7 days after you receive it. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
4. In case of missing parts, please notify us no later than 7 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipment of relevant parts.
5. Your item will be shipped out within 3 working days after you payment.
6. Please email us if you cannot receive the item 15 days after you payment and we will investigate it.
7. All products cannot be guaranteed to be the same as on this web when orders are placed.
8. All items that must be pre-ordered need a deposit of 50% and allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
9. Deposit is not refundable once order has been placed.
10. If you do not agree with our terms, please do not buy any products for us.
